The first Munich WirtshausWiesn starts on Saturday September 19th, 2020. The campaign was started on the initiative of the large Oktoberfest innkeepers and the city center innkeepers in order to create a balance to this year's Oktoberfest. There was a horse race on the Theresienwiese and people drank at the surrounding inns. This tradition will now be brought into 2020.
